Delivery Cut Off Times

  • Orders must be received latest by 2pm cut off to quality for next day delivery.
  • This service is only available Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on Friday before 2pm will not arrive until Monday (the next available working day).
  • Please be aware that during any public holidays, the order will be dispatched the next available working day therefore please use our Saturday delivery service instead.

Click & Collect

  • We offer a FREE Click & Collect service.
  • Place your order and select the Click and Collect option at the checkout to collect your order from one of our offices or specialist shops..
  • Please note: Allow 2-4 working days before collection, you will be contacted by a member of staff when your order is ready to be picked up.

Lighter Delivery

  • All lighters are dispatched by courier delivery only and are subject to safety rules and regulations in transit. For this reason, all lighters are sent empty without gas.

    We do not ship lighters to China or the Canary Islands.

Shipping Country Exclusions For All Tobacco Products

  • US, Canada, France, Spain, Italy, Greece, India, Vietnam, Turkey, Iceland, Norway, Finland, Hungary, Sweden, Ukraine, Latvia, Luxembourg, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, South Africa & Switzerland delivery is not available on tobacco products. UK Click & Collect is available.

Please note that we do not deliver cigarettes and hand rolling tobacco outside the UK.
